grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, sister, brother, cousin, etc... just anyone that doesn't know techy stuff, and asks you to fix everything for them during the holidays!
If they stay tuned to this site for the next several months, maybe they can actually allow you to enjoy your holidays together without having to do your compulsory tech support. So forward them this site url and do yourself a favor.
